BinauralMix ("we," "us," "the service") is a browser-based focus audio tool available at www.binauralmix.com. The service is provided as-is. By using it, you agree to these terms.
Health and safety disclaimer
BinauralMix is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. Binaural beats are an audio experience, not a therapeutic treatment. Specifically:
- If you have a history of seizures, epilepsy, or other neurological conditions, consult a physician before using binaural beat audio.
- Do not use BinauralMix while driving, operating machinery, or in any situation where reduced attention could cause harm.
- Keep your listening volume at a safe level. Prolonged high-volume listening can cause hearing damage.
- Individual responses to binaural beats vary. Scientific evidence is limited and results are not guaranteed.
Accounts
Account creation requires Google sign-in. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account. One account per person. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
Premium subscriptions
- Premium is available at $5.00/month or $39.00/year, billed via Stripe.
- Subscriptions auto-renew until canceled.
- Cancel anytime through the "Manage subscription" option in your account menu (Stripe billing portal). Access continues through the end of the paid period.
- No refunds for partial billing periods, except where required by applicable law.
- We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable advance notice.

Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the service
- Use the service to harm others
Intellectual property
The BinauralMix name, design, and code are owned by us. The tool is provided for personal, non-commercial use. You may share mix links freely.
No warranty
The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular result will be achieved from using it.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Changes
We may update these terms. The "last updated" date will reflect changes. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
